We unfortunately experience major issues with one of our nodes every couple of months. (3-6 Months) These incidents can cause downtime and degraded performance on the affected node.
As an example, on 26 June, (2026) the issue started around 5 PM and was resolved approximately 3 hours later. After the system became operational again, performance on that node dropped significantly, causing slower response times.
As of 28 June, all systems are operational and performance has returned to normal.
These types of incidents are rare and have only affected our free nodes so far. Our premium nodes have not experienced downtime.
We are a small team of two developers, so resolving these issues can take time, but we always work as quickly as possible to restore stability and performance. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
